We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 years of escrow experience, who is detail oriented and is computer savvy.
- Process escrow transactions directed by real estate agents or parties to the transaction, such as the buyer or seller.
- Follow the instructions in the Purchase and Sales Agreement, lender’s instructions, title underwriting requirements Company requirement and other written instructions.
- Ensure that all pertinent information in the Preliminary Commitment have been addressed, such as payoffs on all Dees of Trust or any other liens on the property and make sure that any non-monetary matters such as clouds on the property are addressed and handled.
- Prepare the necessary documents to close the transaction.
- Good team player; willing to reach out to other staff to assist; willing to accept help from others when needed;
