We are looking for a passionate, self driven professional to lead Farmer Brothers Integration landscape. The Sr. Enterprise Integrations Manager, is a hands on role with full responsibility for overseeing the Integration Hub at Farmer Brothers. This role demands a blend of technical prowess, strategic alignment, and the ability to drive seamless integration across varied products. Closely collaborates with application, business, and IT stakeholders to identify the integration needs, and implement scalable, reliable, and seamless integrations to support the business. This role is pivotal in leading the effort involved in scoping, design, and implementation for all the technical integrations internal or external. A strong technical background, problem solving skills and a collaborative approach are key for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers, architect, support managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of applications into the overall ecosystem.
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for integrations, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Actively lead, and manage design, development, and deployment of the solutions
- Provide technical guidance, architectural oversight, and support to the development team.
- Define and manage expectations around SLAs with business partners, and handle escalations in a timely manner.
- Complete ownership and accountability of execution related to systems integrations.
- Manage deliverables and scope of work across multiple third party service providers.
- Proactively define and maintain standards to eliminate technical debt.
- Ensure quality of documentation as part of any technical delivery
- Optimize Integrations, ensure PCI compliance, and drive IT best practices.
- Ensure alignment of technical aspects with platform capabilities, promoting efficiency and excellence in integrations
- Team leadership, coaching and development of others.

Education & Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ Experience in developing integrations, including API led integrations.
- 7+ years in Industry experience
- Food Service and Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with third party integrations such as payment gateways.
- Experience with Cleo Integration Cloud, JD Edwards Orchestrator is a plus.
- Experience in achieving results through effective leadership and management.
