We are looking for a Strategy and Planning and PMO Leader to join our Marketing Team and help us drive the strategic direction and execution of our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the marketing strategy, overseeing the marketing project portfolio, and ensuring alignment and collaboration across the marketing functions and stakeholders. You will also manage the marketing budget, resources, and performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize the marketing impact and efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing strategy, planning, and project management, with proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex marketing projects. You should also have excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and growth in the marketing field. You should be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges. Additionally, you should have some management consulting skills, such as strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and change management, to help you design and implement effective marketing solutions.
The main duties and responsibilities of the Strategy and Planning and PMO Leader include:
- Developing and executing the marketing Strategy and roadmap, aligned with the company's vision, mission, and goals.
- Managing the marketing project portfolio, ensuring timely and quality delivery of the marketing initiatives, and resolving issues and risks.
- Coordinating and facilitating the collaboration and communication among the marketing functions and stakeholders, including product, sales, customer success, and external partners.
- Managing the marketing budget, resources, and performance metrics, and reporting on the marketing progress and outcomes.
- Conducting market research, analysis, and benchmarking, and providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in the marketing processes, tools, and best practices.
The minimum qualifications and skills required for the Strategy and Planning and PMO Leader role are:
- Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in marketing strategy, planning, and project management, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, methods, and techniques, and familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, and ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, and ability to influence and motivate others.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Some management consulting skills, such as strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and change management.
Minimum Salary: $204,000.00
Maximum Salary:$312,800.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $204,000.00 and $312,800.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
