Benefits for Sr. Construction Supervisor:

• Compensation ranging from $75,000 to $110,000, dependent on your experience level

Qualifications and Responsibilities for Sr. Construction Supervisors:

• Recently supervised the construction of single-family homes on-site
• A minimum of 5 years of experience serving as a Construction Supervisor
• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or an extensive 15+ years of relevant construction management experience
• A robust understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, along with the ability to inspire and lead individuals effectively
• Demonstrated proficiency in task prioritization, managing multiple projects, problem-solving, adhering to financial constraints, and meeting project deadlines
• Competency with ERM systems, Microsoft Office software, construction software, and various construction-related tools
