Overview
Schedule: This is position is fully on-site, Monday-Friday.
Position Summary: The Senior Administrative Assistant will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to a diverse team of clinicians comprising CHLA staff and USC faculty, as well as administrative personnel from CHLA, within the Community Behavioral Health (CBH) Program. Key responsibilities will involve overseeing databases to monitor employee time-off, office equipment inventory, and assigned employee resources, heavy calendar management, scheduling travel and arranging meetings. Additionally, this role will entail coordinating operational logistics, such as managing work orders with facilities and information services, as well as troubleshooting AV and office equipment as needed. The level of support requires a good understanding of the executives' organization, along with the business knowledge to communicate and work effectively with the executive's organization and clients.
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional attention to detail, demonstrate excellent follow-up skills, and exhibit strong organizational abilities. They should also showcase creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving, along with the capacity to collaborate effectively with individuals of diverse personalities and roles. Moreover, the candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and dynamic work environment, adept at managing and adapting to changing priorities and circumstances.
Minimum Experience: 3+ year's professional office experience. Advanced secretarial and administrative experience required. Meeting and event planning support preferred.
Minimum Education: High school graduate. Bachelor's preferred.
Pay Scale Information
$46,800.00-$80,850.00

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
