Job Description
Your duties shall be, but not be limited to:
· Preparing financial reports
· Performing account reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger
· Analyzing financial statements and cost estimates
· Recommending ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue
· Assisting with financial and tax audits and documenting internal controls
· Coordinating accounting projects and initiatives with other team members or departments
· Delegating financial responsibilities to the accounting team
· Create, update, and validate project and budget setups in the accounting system
· Review, process, and match incoming consultant invoices to contracts
· Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
· Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
· Advocate for employee retention and development
· Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
· Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
· Process payroll, 401k and medical
· Manage onboarding process
· Assist with streamline process
Being proficient in excel.
