Are you a seasoned Accounting Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, Financial Reporting, dashboard building, and financial report building.
Responsibilities:
As an Accounting Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and managing the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances.
• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
• Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Researching technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and Financial Reporting.
• Managing and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Building financial reports and dashboards using NetSuite to provide insights to the management team.
• Assisting in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and established best practices.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A CPA is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
• Proven experience with Financial Reporting, dashboard building, financial report building.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP software.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
• Strong leadership qualities and a team player mentality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
• Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
