Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely in Business Development to drive store outreach efforts and support the growth of our innovative retail technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Outreach: Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and reach out to potential retail partners. This includes researching and generating lists of target stores, contacting store managers or owners, and presenting our technology solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior within the retail tech industry.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling marketing materials, presentations, and content to communicate our products' value propositions to potential partners.
- Marketing Campaigns: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our solutions among retailers and consumers.
- Social Media Management: Support our social media presence by creating and scheduling engaging content, tracking engagement metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Events and Trade Shows: Help plan, organize, and participate in events and trade shows relevant to our industry.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and report on the performance of marketing and outreach efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for our partners.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the retail technology industry and Business Development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Creative and able to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn.
