Responsibilities and Duties:
The main function of this position is to conduct urine and blood specimen collections ensuring the integrity of the specimen.

- Discuss the drug testing process with the patient, obtain the patient’s consent, and necessary signatures tied to the requisition form and other lab documents.
- Package and ship the specimen to the laboratory in a timely fashion.
- Ensure the accuracy of paperwork (requisition form).
- Paperwork HOLDS cleared within 48 hours of receipt/notice.
- Ensure supplies are kept in stock at the clinic (avoid rush shipping).
- Motivation to arrive at the clinic each day ready to work at a designated time.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
- Build positive, productive relationships with the clinic.
- Possess a professional business appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or GED diploma
Starts at $18.00 an hour.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous hands-on medical field experience to include but not limited to MA, CNA, etc.
