Essential Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
- Open and sort all incoming mail.
- Complete all warranty claims received in a timely and professional manner.
- Initiate and process all investigation claims.
- Develop and maintain open communication with customers and sales team to achieve maximum levels of customer satisfaction.
- Consult with management to be informed of a correct course of action to resolve customer warranty issues.
- Answer all incoming calls and email inquiries regarding warranty claims.
- Complete invoice adjustment forms for credit and rebills.
- Assist with OSV ordering/receiving/invoicing
- Coordinate product to be returned to Production for inspection and returned to the customer
- Obtain status updates, expediting and tracking information and report back to the customer in a timely manner.
- Provide management with information regarding returns that are reoccurring or that may require further investigation.
- Complete scanning of invoices daily for OSV lenses
- Coordinate and prioritize special requests ensuring that customer needs are met daily.
- Complete filing daily for OSV lenses
- Responsible for all drop ship invoicing and crediting in a timely manner
- Responsible for reviews of all outside vendor invoices to ensure correct pricing and discounts have been applied and aligned with doctor’s list price from ABB OPTICAL GROUP.
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have strong communication skills (English written, English reading, and English verbal).
- Must have demonstrated excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Must be capable of sourcing answers/solutions from a variety of available resources.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to work on complex tasks, with little or no direct supervision; Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.
- Must have a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Must be capable of working independently and within a team environment.
- Must have exemplary time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and high demand environment.
