FF&E Purchasing Agent

FF&E Purchasing Agent position available at FF&E procurement firm.

Previous purchasing experience (1+ years) in hospitality and/or construction project management is preferred but not required.

Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft products Able to effectively manage several of projects simultaneously. Ability to work as a team member, and independently with minimal direction

The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for:

RFQ process with vendors

Processing of purchase orders
Vendor payments
Expedite orders, assist with installation & punch list @ project sites

Procurement management.
Provide weekly update to Director.

Works independently with general supervision.

EDUCATION AND OR EXPERIENCE:Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Higher Preferred.Computer Skills Requirements: MS Office Applications and other applications as required.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of procurement/purchasing experience.
