Job Title: Specialist, Social Media and Content Creation (Community Management) - 12-Month Contract (Remote)
Location: Remote
Pay: $30hr to $34.69hr depending on experience level
Position Summary: Join our Community Management team as a Specialist, Social Media and Content Creation for Milks! This 12-month contract role is designed for someone passionate about creating engaging content, with expertise in baking and cooking. You'll be responsible for driving the brand's TikTok presence, engaging with fans, and creating drool-worthy recipes to enhance the overall Social Media strategy.
Primary Responsibilities:
Produce and edit compelling TikTok and Reels content to boost engagement and brand visibility.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for new engagement and Content Creation opportunities.
Plan and publish organic social content on TikTok, including crafting captivating copy.
Monitor and moderate brand mentions on TikTok, identifying engagement opportunities.
Identify and engage with influencers and creators within relevant categories.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute recipes and showcase products for increased engagement.
Execute the organic channel and Content strategy on TikTok.
Build a robust community of brand fans on TikTok through constant ideation and engagement.
Integrated Marketing and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the Community Manager and brand team.
Bring forward social-led activation ideas and collaborate on execution.
Amplify engagement opportunities from experiential or PR activations.
Deliver quarterly reports on performance and present to key stakeholders.
Collaborate on legal processes for social sweepstakes/contests.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required.
2+ years of Social Media management experience representing a brand or organization.
Strong Content Creation skills reflecting the brand's voice.
Expertise in baking, cooking, and passion for sharing creative recipes.
Proficient with Content Creation tools and technologies.
Platform expertise in TikTok, Instagram, and Sprinklr.
Exceptional understanding of Social Media landscape and analytics.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.69 per hour
