JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work with the Pippin Hill and Crossroads Inn Operations teams alongside Easton Porter Group’s Corporate Marketing team to develop and execute Social Media Content.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-3 years of experience creating content for Social Media including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• 1-2 years of experience managing a Pinterest business account
• Familiarity with various third-party digital platforms including Canva and CapCut or InShot
• Familiarity with Google Drive
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma required; BS/BA in Marketing, Digital technologies, or a similar relevant field preferred
• Schedule flexibility including occasional weeknight or weekend hours

SCHEDULE & LOCATION:

Office located at Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards

• Flexible hours.
• One weekly visit to Pippin Hill Farm and Crossroads Inn is required per week
• Select evenings and weekends for special events and photoshoots.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Media Marketing

• Strategize and plan content calendars
• Produce branded videos for Instagram and TikTok
• Capture real-time content for Pippin Hill Farm and Crossroads Inn
• Engage/interact with existing and new, target audiences including commenting and following

Audience Communications

• Monitor tags/mentions for resharing within 24 hours
• Respond to all platform inquiries within 24-48 hours

Analytics Management

• Compile Social Media metrics including impressions, followers, and engagement
• Report on analytics monthly to the Marketing team

Pinterest Marketing

• Manage monthly uploads of wedding albums to the Pippin Hill Pinterest account
• Create a Pinterest account for Crossroads Inn and manage monthly uploads
