Overview: Champion timely submissions of daily documentation concerning internal and external scrap, rework and return reports.
Maintain and update existing documents related to daily reports
Make suggestions as to how the Quality Control process can be improved
Support the development, review, presentation and implementation of internal and external 5 Panel submissions
Accept responsibility of supporting training and preparing new employees for familiarity of product and new product changes when necessary
Assist in development of special department projects and work in conjunction with Senior Specialist and/or Manager.
Measure the quality of products using a pre-defined set of criteria
Support Mobis Supervisor and Mgmt. with instructional training activities
Generate reports, graphs and charts as needed
Support and assist the Department Supervisors
Able to make sound decisions and judgments
On-going interactions with various departments
Follows Mobis Hand Book policies
Comply with and promote safety in the workplace, to include attendance at safety meeting as well as conduct safety meetings when necessary.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or 5 years Equivalent Experience Required
High proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
Detailed Oriented
Understanding of 5 panel (or similar) problem solving methodologies
Strong communication and mathematical skills
Able and willing to travel if necessary
Professional interaction, Training, Leadership and Communication with Mobis Mgmt, Mobis Customers, Production Depts.and Team members
Responsibilities:90% in office environment and 10% on the floor. Traverse around the floor environment and office environment, inspect parts to quality standards, Communicate effectively with all team members, detect and determine defects, lift 30-50 lbs occasionally.
