Job Description
As a Specialist II, IT Implementation Support - Implementation Consultant at AMN Healthcare Language Services, you will serve as an integral part of the onsite project coordination team, reporting to the Implementation Manager. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal Account Managers to facilitate the seamless implementation and service experience. Your primary responsibilities will include assembling client-facing equipment for Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) and Over the Phone Interpreting (OPI) services, acting as a point of contact for customers, collaborating with Account Managers, providing training on product usage and software, and ensuring successful deployment of physical equipment to final locations.
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Assembly for VRI & OPI Services:
- Skillfully assemble client-facing equipment used for VRI services, ensuring functionality and reliability.
- Project Coordination and Communication:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation or service project.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, participating in pre-implementation calls and providing insights to optimize processes.
- Analyze current processes, gather product feedback, and interface with Account Managers to address any open issues.
- Clearly communicate project progress to Account Manager, Implementation Manager, and Project Manager.
- Product Training and Deployment:
- Provide training on the usage of products and software to clients and end-users.
- Ensure the successful deployment of physical equipment to final locations, overseeing the setup process.
- Product Specialist and Subject Matter Expertise:
- Serve as an AMN Language Services product specialist, possessing in-depth knowledge of products and services.
- Act as a subject matter expert for customer support while working onsite.
- Efficiency Optimization:
- Analyze current processes to optimize and increase efficiency in implementation and service experiences.
- Undertake ad hoc processes as needed for successful project outcomes.
- Travel and Other Duties:
- Undertake up to 75% travel as required.
- Lift client-facing equipment, weighing up to 40lbs.
- Undertake other projects as assigned by the Manager.
Education, Certifications & Experience:
Preferred Education/Certifications:
- BS in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum Experience:
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated project and time management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Client management skills, professionalism, and demonstrated self-starter.
- Maintains customer and provider confidentiality.
- Computer skills: Excel, Word, and fast adoption of the Salesforce platform.

Pay Rate
$47,500 - $56,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
