As the IT Specialist, you will be responsible for the efficient and timely functioning of our computer systems, maintaining and implementing computer software, hardware, and system controls, ensuring smooth and effective workflow. You will serve as a coordination point for problem resolution, new equipment needs, installation of equipment and software, etc. You will also be responsible for security for information technology systems and may participate in completion of certain financial reports, month end processes, etc.
In addition to our generous benefit package the base pay for the IT Specialist will be determined based upon your skills and qualifications.
What Can you Bring?We desire all our staff to be successful and fulfilled in their jobs. We have found that as the IT Specialist, to be successful you will need to have a high school diploma or its equivalent, related secondary education in Information Technology or similar is preferred as is related secondary or on the job experience in computer hardware systems, and software systems.

- High degree of organizational skills with a constant attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to meet daily deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical ability utilized to train, instruct, and assist staff in the implementation of system techniques.

- Ability to do in depth research to find solutions.
