Our Special Events Manager will be the first point of contact with our small groups and will be their partner at making the group experience a success throughout their stay.
- You will plan and detail the event with the the Meeting Planner, work with the Chef on menu development, booking Canyon Ranch activities, detail space and layout, AV needs and event flow.
- You will handle all communication with the group plan sand expectations in the BEO meetings with the team and handle the pre and post cons with the Meeting Planner.
This is a hands on role, our groups are under 35 participants with lasting 3-4 days in length, with the potential to convert a group guest to a leisure guest.
- 3-5 years previous experience managing high end small groups with focus on food & beverage for a discerning clientele.
- Experience with private dining or upscale catering is critical to the success of this position.
- A working knowledge of Delphi and Opera for planning and billing.
- Able to communicate the Canyon Ranch philosophy to Meeting Planners to incorporate experiences that will enhance a traditional meeting.
