```Duties```
- Manage and oversee all aspects of spa operations, including staff management, customer service, and sales, and keeping it clean .
- Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and profitability.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by training and mentoring spa staff.(as we grow any staff related will come into effect but some are contractors )
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Create employee schedules to meet customer demand.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure consistent service standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve spa operations.
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the spa or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a small spa.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for guests.
- Experience in sales, including the ability to promote products and services effectively.
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training spa staff members.(future needs )
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and the ability to manage expenses when allocated budgets.
- Previous experience in retail management is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
