Makeover Aesthetics, a distinguished name in modern cosmetic medicine, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our innovative skin and body clinic. The Clinic Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, and contributing to the growth and success of our renowned brand.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility management.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of service.
• Team Management:
• Lead and motivate a team of aesthetic professionals, including Nurses, Aestheticians, and support staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide training, and foster a positive work environment.
• Patient Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
• Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
• Financial Oversight:
• Monitor and manage clinic budgets, revenue goals, and expenses.
• Implement cost-effective measures without compromising service quality.
• Marketing Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for clinic promotion.
• Leverage industry trends to enhance the clinic's visibility and reputation.
• Quality Assurance:
• Oversee the implementation of quality assurance measures to maintain high standards in aesthetic procedures and services.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Managerial Experience: Proven experience in clinic or practice management, preferably in the field of aesthetic medicine.
• LeadershipSkills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
• IndustryKnowledge: Familiarity with aesthetic procedures and industry trends.
• FinancialAcumen: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and achieve revenue targets.
