Michelin starred Chef Shaun Hergatt’s restaurant Vestry, seeks passionate and highly motivated Sous Chef. Qualified candidates should have a minimum 3 years management level experience in Michelin starred fine dining restaurants. An interest in seasonally driven menu items is a must. This position is responsible for menu and recipe development for all meal periods and special events. Candidate must have an NYC food handlers’ certificate and be able to manage a team of cooks, emphasizing organization and cleanliness.
