Cook Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fast food items, such as burgers, fries, sandwiches, and other menu items, following established recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Ensure that all food items are cooked, assembled, and presented according to company standards and customer preferences.
- Operate and maintain various kitchen equipment, such as grills and deep fryers, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of food ingredients and supplies needed for daily operations.
- Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of food items to prevent contamination and ensure freshness.
- Adhere to all established food preparation and cooking procedures, including temperature and cooking time guidelines, to ensure food safety and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation and service.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate protective attire, such as gloves and aprons, to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff members, ensuring they understand and follow proper cooking procedures and safety protocols.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
