Sonic is looking for somebody who loves to grow and develop people and the restaurants using their own creativity, knowledge and motivation to be the best.
We have single unit operators earning over $100K annually. Your income is within your control through a bottom line bonus and your partnership distribution program.
The person who will fill this position will be entrusted with hiring, training, profitability, and overall performance of the restaurant. If this sounds like you then we would love the opportunity to get to know you and discuss the opportunities for your future.
Our franchise group is over 30 years old with huge growth in the past ten years. We have over 90 units in Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland and Delaware. We anticipate continued growth and expansion in 2024. We recently won Franchisee of the Year, competing against 3,600 stores. We don’t want managers, we want owners / entrepreneurs that treat their stores like their own – because they are!

Your income is within your control because you will be paid on performance. The more sales, and profit a store has the more you will be distributed since you are a partner in the business.
