Blue Sky eLearn is searching for an experienced Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in delivering technical expertise throughout the customer lifecycle. In this role, you will immerse yourself in understanding our customers' unique business challenges and pain points, using this insight to develop tailored, innovative solutions that not only meet technical standards, but also seamlessly align with client needs. The Solutions Architect's core task is to conceptualize comprehensive solutions that directly address these challenges while effectively communicating their value to stakeholders.

You will serve as a crucial link between sales, client experience, and product development, skillfully communicating the value of our solutions to all stakeholders. Your time will be split on average, 50/50 between sales and post-sales responsibilities. Responsibilities

Sales (50%):

  • Work closely with our sales teams to connect with both potential and existing clients, gaining a deep understanding of their unique requirements & technical challenges.
  • Design tailored solutions that address client needs, focusing on seamless integration with third-party systems, ensuring a cohesive and efficient client experience
  • Create comprehensive technical proposals, including system diagrams, product demos, technical specifications, and migration plans
  • Enable and support the sales teams in effectively positioning and selling Path LMS with a focus on integration solutions
  • Address and resolve technical queries and objections raised during the sales process, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of Path LMS capabilities, benefits & support integrations

Post-Sales (50%):

  • Lead and contribute to the implementation of Path LMS by providing architectural guidance & overseeing configuration when integrating with 3rd party systems, and ensuring alignment with client requirements
  • Create scalable, efficient enterprise-level solutions and architectures aligned with client requirements.
  • Cross-collaboration with product and engineering teams, ensuring new integrations or product developments are feasible and meet the implementation timelines
  • Conduct discovery sessions and solution design workshops with clients, documenting specifications and creating detailed implementation plans Translate client requirements into practical configurations and workflows.
  • Develop and provide client-facing documentation for implementation and integration processes.
  • Act as technical advisor for integration with Path LMS, offering expertise in the product & its integration capabilities
  • Foster close collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of technical solutions with business strategies.
Requirements
  • Background in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar roles with a focus on SaaS solution implementation and API usage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent.
  • Experience with LMS, CRMs, AMS, eCommerce platforms, or Badging platforms.
  • Exceptional skills in presentations, demonstrations, and facilitation.
  • Expert-level knowledge and understanding of solution architecture, solution design and delivery, technology infrastructure, and integration.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to convey technical features and benefits to customers.
  • Creativity in problem-solving, customizing solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, discovery sessions, and strong project management for technical implementations.
  • Pre-sales experience with complex API-based or SaaS products, including technical discovery and presenting demos.
Preferred Qualifications
  • REST and GraphQL API Knowledge
  • Data analysis, BI Tools, SQL proficiency
  • Experience with front-end scripting languages
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS and Agile software development teams
