The Go to Market Solution Strategy team works to advise Adobe's senior leadership on strategies for improved market success and customer impact across all lines of business and geographies in which we operate. Our goal is to bring together targeted programs and initiatives to deliver high-impact recommendations that help the field team scale and compete. GTM Solution Strategy's remit includes both the creation of strategy as well as working with the broader organization on scale, global rollout and change management. Today, Adobe is at the forefront of enabling our customers' digital transformation and new experience-led business models.
As a GTM Solution Strategist, you will take part in inspecting all aspects of our GTM approach with a focus on solution performance. You will be part of a high performing team that develops insights and recommendations through data analysis, market research, design thinking, customer interviews, employee interviews, and other techniques. A key component of the role will be partnering with data analysts and collaborating with product and sales teams to understand solution performance with the goal of identifying gaps in our GTM strategy. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to create systems, processes, and programs that improve sales performance and reduce friction for our customers and internal teams. You will have frequent opportunities to structure recommendations and serve as a partner to senior decision makers in product and sales.
You will contribute to various SAAS GTM models and collaborate with people across Adobe, including Sales, Pre-Sales Marketing, Product, Professional Services, and Sales Operations. You will also help scale the GTM Strategy team by improving our methodologies and leading engagements and business initiatives.

What you need to succeed
  • 5+ years of enterprise marketing SaaS experience in Strategy, Sales Operations, Product, Consulting or Pre-Sales
  • GTM Experience - Intimate understanding of a SaaS customer lifecycle, of sales cycles, and of the key ingredients that drive sales success.
  • Market & Product Knowledge - Passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology. Deeply understands Adobe's Experience Cloud and competitive cloud-based experience stacks.
  • Problem Solving - Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and crafting effective recommendations focused on the biggest opportunities. Possess high degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
  • Collaboration & Communication - Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with people at all levels. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Project Management - Ability to prioritize and balance priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment.

Desirable but not essential
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Experience creating GTM strategies along with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics necessary for execution
  • Technology sales experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $116,700 -- $217,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
