Avanti Restaurant Solutions, a privately held, $60M company, is in a high growth phase. The company is looking for someone to join our team as a Brand Strategist.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to think creatively and make creative decisions
• 3-5 years marketing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to utilize the latest technology and market trends to promote the company

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
• Experience with brand strategy tools and software
• Construction/Commercial kitchen experience

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Develop custom marketing strategies for 4 different departments that are aligned with company objectives
• Plan, communicate, and manage yearly marketing plan, budget and calendar
• Create designs and layouts for digital and print marketing materials
• Write pitches, blog posts, and articles for website, social media, emails, and traditional trade magazines
• Build relationships with industry experts to promote CEO for speaking engagements
• Manage and oversee company social media platforms – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc and ensure brand consistency
• Track and report marketing metrics and recommendations for future marketing campaigns
• Support Department Heads to ensure access to appropriate trade show materials and giveaways are available
• Hire and oversee freelance positions as needed

This is a full-time exempt position

Salary: $80k- $127k/year (depending on experience)
