The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000-$140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
- Work on multiple projects, some with assistance from others but often conduct small to mid sized projects without assistance.
- Perform analysis of customers' business requirements and develops solutions to meet or exceed customers' needs. Conducts or oversees the development of proposal documents.
- Estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement very complex project; develops project plan incorporating all project variables.
- Conduct periodic status checks with customer and team to assess progress against plan.
- Prepare weekly status reports on all project activities.
- May develop pre-sales support activities as needed.
- Collect data that accurately represents customer requirements.
- Accurately, clearly and concisely displays design requirements.
- Determine methodology for collecting, analyzing and summarizing data critical to design
What We are Looking For:
- BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree. Certification may be required in some areas.
- Knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments.
- Demonstrates significant knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues
- 2+ years experience in related field.
- Leadership qualities and role model qualities demonstrated.
- Intra-organizational contacts and external contacts.
