Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Detroit, Michigan and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
Designing and developing data validation processes, performing data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using Software Provisioning (SWPM), and Update Manager (SUM), and Performance Specific Transaction Codes;
Driving the development and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Central Component (ECC), Business Warehouse (BW), Enterprise Portal (EP), Adobe Document Services (ADS), Solution Manager (SolMan), and SAP HANA modules and SWPM, SUM, Microsoft (MS) Excel, and Outlook;
Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Working across phases of SAP Project Lifecycle, including discover, prepare, explore, realize, and deploy for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP ECC, BW, EP, ADS, SolMan, and HANA modules;
Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP ECC, BW, EP, ADS, SolMan, and Cloud Connector; and
Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions using SAP ECC, BW, EP, MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
