Bookkeeper - Business Consultant

Job Summary

Provides business consulting, financial projections creation and maintain the financial records of QT and QT's customers. Candidates should have full knowledge of all QT's services and upsell additional products and services. Banking and lending experience will be a plus. Our goal is to get our clients to the finish line in 6 weeks and create 100% raving fans. This position is a Part-Time to Full-time position that will require 20 to 35 hours per week. This is a remote position. Hours will typically be between 9 am and 3 pm, however, evening, weekend, and in-person events or appointments may be required and therefore schedule flexibility is required.

General Accountabilities

• Provide Business Consulting services to QT and QT's clients
• Create realistic and actionalble financial projections for QT and QT's clients
• Upload complete Financial Projections to client project file immediately after creation to ensure timely business plan creations
• Collect data from client for loan package
• Assemble loan package
• Submit loan applications for QT and QTs clients
• Checks figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes
• Classifies, records, and summarizes numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers
• Debits, credits, and totals accounts
• Receives, records, and banks cash, checks and vouchers.
• Complies with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Compiles statistical, financial, accounting, or auditing reports and tables of cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses
• Reconciles or notes and reports discrepancies found in records
• Must be present at weekly mandatory staff meeting
• Must turn in an up to date project progress report at each staff meeting
• All email inboxes or sales leads from anywhere need to be cleared and each potential client has to have been called at least 1 time with notes entered into Infusionsoft
• Turn in a signed clock-in and clock-out sheet
• Turn in an end-of-the-week sales report
• Turn in your monthly schedule at least one month in advance or convey to management a common monthly schedule that you will abide by so that staff may set appointments
• Refer at least 5 ancillary services per month
• Be at least 5 minutes early to each scheduled appointment
• Be productive at all times during your promised 20 hours with complete focus on performing QT services
• Facilitating workshops at owners location, Zoom or online locations, QT location or outside locations
• Prospect for clients, meet with clients and present QT products and services truthfully, with the highest degree of integrity
• Profile Prospects and enter their contact and business information data using your assigned affiliate link or infusionsoft login immediately as QT awards commission to the first affiliate referring a new prospect/client
• Meeting with potential business owners at their offices, Zoom or online, or with those business owners at QT’s offices
• Provide QT clients with training of best practice methods
• Speak to QT clients on conference calls, zoom calls, or in QT office for data collection
• Provide proper research for the grant proposal or business plan
• Cite correctly and provide grant proposals or business plans without error
• Submit business plans to lenders in correct order with all supporting documentation
• Submit loan applications in correct order with all supporting document
• Explaining QT’s services, truthfully, with integrity to potential customers of QT
• Filling out paperwork (i.e. sales contracts) completely and correctly
• Submitting customer or potential customer files to QT in a timely fashion
• Protecting the data of potential customers and customers of QT while in the care of the independent contractor
• Using only QT approved advertising and marketing materials
• Complete all tasks promised to QT Clients

Job Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree.
• Experience: 6 months; or equivalent of education and experience.
• Extensive Quickbooks knowledge required
• Enrolled Agent Preferred
