Hi, I'm Taylor, Founder of Helios Energy Global. When I got out of college I wanted to join a company that:

We've taken all-expenses paid trips to Miami, Big Bear, Vegas, just to name a few. And we're headed to Louisiana for Mardi Gras in just a few weeks. That being said just as much as we play hard we also work hard to earn that.

Right now we're looking for a handful of up & coming Solar Energy Consultant's which entails a few steps. Big picture we'd love for you to grow with us into a closer full time (Closers earn $100,000-$250,000/year) naturally that takes a little time.

We do have leads coming in, however when I started in this industry, yup you guessed it, I started going Door to Door. At first that was something I was terrified of, and having a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineer from a reputable school, and leaving a high-paying job to do, that seemed crazy. My parents couldn't believe I was doing that. Nonetheless I was intrigued in the ability to "be good enough at sales" that I could "show up" at someone's house, and eventually convince them on my service. I came in confident, but to be honest I sucked when I started. I even had some days I cried. Nonetheless I knew if I persisted I would live a life most dreamed about. And I'm happy to say that has become a reality.

Now, thankfully you won't be going Door to Door forever, or even very long for that case. Our training program consists of 90 days in-the-field, working on your skills and created meetings, and you'll be guaranteed compensation during that time, along with commission.

Once you prove yourself you'll be promoted to a Closer and that's where the real money is long term. (Others setting meetings for you, leads sent directly to you, referrals, etc)

This position is not for the faint of heart, it definitely takes work, and it takes time. But assuming you're a person with a

We've done over $5,000,000 in sales the last few years, and are on track for over $10,000,000 in 2024. We primarily operate in southern California, Los Angeles County, but will be building out a virtual sales team to sell in states like New York for example.

Responsibilities:
- Make new friends going door to door & setting meetings
- Educate customers on the benefits of Solar Energy and our company's products and services
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored solar solutions
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers
- Attend weekly in-person meeting with team, phone calls with manager
- Utilize software and tools, such as Salesforce, to track leads and manage customer interactions

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of Solar Energy and technical sales is preferred
- Familiarity with software systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus
