Duties:
- Conduct consultations with homeowners to assess their energy needs
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and back up battery power and the available options
- Provide accurate and detailed information about solar and home battery products, services, and payment options
- Create customized solar and battery proposals based on customer requirements and site assessments
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project implementation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar and battery industry trends, incentives, and regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business

Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills to guide customers through the decision-making process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
- Knowledge of solar energy and battery systems, products, and industry trends
- Ability to perform site assessments and analyze energy usage data
- Familiarity with obtaining system options for solar and battery installations
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $85,500.00 - $189,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
