Responsibilities:

✅ Inspire homeowners about the benefits of energy efficiency and Renewable Energy solutions.

✅ Conduct thorough assessments of energy consumption in residential properties and provide tailored recommendations.

✅ Propose energy-efficient upgrades such as solar panels, batteries, insulation, and smart home technologies.

✅ Expand your client base through proactive networking, referrals, and outreach efforts. Leads are self generated.

✅ Assist homeowners in navigating incentives, tax credits, and financing options.

✅ Collaborate with a team to achieve sales targets and promote sustainable practices.

Requirements:

✅ Proven success in sales, particularly in commission-based roles within the energy or home improvement sectors.

✅ Proficiency in independently generating leads and building meaningful relationships.

✅ Possession of an entrepreneurial mindset with a sharp business sense.

✅ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Compensation:

This role operates solely on commission, with consultants typically achieving commissions ranging from $84,000 to $300,000 or more based on individual sales accomplishments.
