We are looking for persistent, coachable, and motivated sales representatives to join our rapidly growing team in knocking doors, building relationships, and closing deals. No experience required.

The ideal candidate:
· Has some prior customer service or sales experience, solar experience is a plus.
· Must have a smartphone and personal transportation to meeting locations.
· Is ambitious, self-motivated, and coachable.
· Being bilingual is a plus!
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
· Knock doors and contact leads about solar options for their home.
· Craft and perfect your pitch to increase your success with customers.
· Listen and adapt to customer preferences to ensure that they have a positive experience.
