1. Local Door to door
Responsibilities:
- Master the full spectrum of solar sales, beginning with scheduling appointments and culminating in successfully closing deals.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and proactivity by actively seeking opportunities, in door-to-door scenarios, to initiate meaningful conversations about solar with eligible homeowners.
1. Local Door to door
- Be apart of local team whose goal is to succeed and grow as a team and on an individual level
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners about solar energy solutions
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and the savings it can provide
- Assess the energy needs of customers and recommend appropriate solar systems
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to schedule appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or solar sales is not needed.
- Be a good teammate
-Willingness to be open and coachable
- Knowing multiple languages is a plus but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable form of transportation
- Cell phone required
Compensation: Commission-based pay + Incentives
- Commission: Bet on yourself to make what you deserve. Our leadership is there to show you how. Up to $1500 paid in advance on each deal

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $8,750.00 - $30,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
