About the Position:

The Training Specialist at Amplify Technology is responsible for the complete lifecycle of client training. Through strategic guidance and partnership, the Training Specialist ensures clients derive maximum value from our platform, leading to overall success in their wealth management endeavors, retention, and growth. Few roles provide such a direct impact on the growth of the company. This role works closely with Leadership, cross-functional Research and Design, and Services teams to effect change management and drive standard methodologies and utilization of our platform. You will be the clients’ internal advocate, helping ensure an excellent learning experience, and capturing feedback on ways that Amplify Technology can build the next generation of client-centric training solutions. This role offers the candidate the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients and our company. Their work will directly contribute to our mission of providing top-notch wealth management technology to advisors.

Responsibilities:

  • You will deliver learning solutions to internal wealth management partners as part of the onboarding and support teams.
  • Work with management and/or subject matter experts to understand desired business outcomes and translate them into learning and organization development objectives.
  • Work with stakeholders to determine appropriate learning methodologies and organization development solutions.
  • Develop project plans including the identification of subject matter experts where appropriate.
  • Facilitate/deliver learning and organization development programs.
  • Maintain an inventory of training and organization development programs/tools and schedule their use according to management priorities.
  • Represent the department in various conferences and partner meetings.

Qualifications:

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agile environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to interface and train all levels of an organization, including executive leadership.
  • Strong instructional design and/or organization development skills
  • Training experience in Financial Services cloud applications preferred.
  • A demonstrated proactive and persistent approach to work while driving open items to completion consistently and independently.
  • At least 3 years of full time experience within supporting a training team for one or more software applications.
  • Experience training or participating in one or more IT implementation project having hundreds of users.
  • Application and computer based training experience.
  • Experience creating training materials and participating in training analysis and training development Preferred.
  • Data Architecture experience.
  • Experience working in a cloud based learning environment.
  • Digital design experience.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
