Description
Quidient is seeking a person with experience in supporting various
operational/administration duties for our software development team. You
will have experience working alongside software engineers. You will be a
quick thinker with excellent time-management skills, and strong
collaborative skills. This position is full-time, hybrid, and reports to
Quidient’s Director of Software Engineering and CTO.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field or
equivalent
- Three or more years of professional project administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office; including Word,
- Experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and
established completion dates
- Experience owning and utilizing project planning and tracking software
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Meet Quidient, customer, and government security requirements,
citizenship verification, and Criminal Justice Information Services
verification
- Live within easy commuting distance of our Technology Center in
- Experience with Agile, ScrumMaster, and/or DevOps
- Experience with 3D technologies such as AR, VR, or XR
- Experience writing software.
- Military experience.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $64,600 -$105,300. Quidient benefits
currently include Health Insurance, 401K plan, basic life insurance, long-term
disability insurance, supplemental insurance, Holidays, and Paid Time Off (PTO).
Title, bonuses, equity, allowances, and benefits commensurate with
education, experience, and other qualifications.
