RT&T, a joint venture of InDyne, Inc. and Amentum Services, Inc. is the prime contractor to support the Atlantic Range Technical Support Services (ARTSS) for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) headquartered in Patuxent River, MD, and with locations in Maryland, Virginia, and California.
ARTSS supports Atlantic Test Ranges (ATR) and Atlantic Targets and Marine Operations (ATMO) in research and development, engineering, maintenance, operation, support of facilities, systems, and equipment in order to meet the engineering development and operational testing and fleet training missions for some of the world's premier systems. Our work with the U.S. Navy keeps the warfighter safe by testing systems before they are used in combat, and we are hiring personnel to support this important mission.
Job Summary:
Performs simple and routine administrative and clerical tasks that are in support of Range operations and maintenance Project Support requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with managing PIMS Timekeeping System
- Greets and checks-in visitors and customers and contacts ATMO POCs.
- Escorts visitors and customers within the ATMO Complex.
- Assists with making travel arrangements for remote test and fleet training events.
- Works under close supervision of senior level Project Support Specialists and has work checked for quality and completeness.
- Project Support Specialist are generally cross trained in multiple clerical, administrative, and management areas supporting ATR and ATMO operations and projects.

Educational/Training Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent GED
Required Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrated basic proficiency using office automation equipment including personal computers, optical scanners, printers, and software application programs such as MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and electronic mail applications.
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate level security clearance (Non-NISP).
Work Environment:
- Front desk/ Office Cubicle
Physical Demands:
- Light - work usually requires walking or standing to a significant degree. Exerts up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently to move objects.
