This position will be responsible for fostering relationships with distribution partners’ sales representatives and teaching them how to introduce Rectangle Health’s products to healthcare practices. The role will then demonstrate Rectangle Health solutions to partner prospects and support the partner representative in the new account sale. Being successful in this role requires equal parts coach, sales champion, and problem solver.

- Develop trust with partner sales representatives and inspire their excitement around payment opportunities in the healthcare marketplace.
- Actively maintain an accurate pipeline of partner opportunities in Salesforce.com.
- Conduct product meetings with partner sales representatives as well as the bankers, account managers, or centers of influence they partner with.
- Drive new account production through a regimen of teaching, coaching, and sales support. Facilitate Q&A sessions to accelerate adoption of key behaviors.
- Recognize key behaviors and account wins with partner sales representatives and their leadership through email, scheduled calls, and informal touchpoints.
- Proactively seek feedback from partner sales representatives that would help drive incremental production.
- Serve as the partner sale representatives’ primary point of contact. Navigate Rectangle Health on their behalf by collaborating with implementation and customer support.
- Excellent communicator, written and verbal.
- Proven sales experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proven aptitude at learning and executing on new concepts.
- Proven experience driving performance through influence only.
- 3+ years of experience in credit card payments.
- Preferred experience in the healthcare, notably the patient payments revenue cycle.
- Proficient in using Salesforce.com.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products.
