Our preference is for hybrid or on-site therapists but we are open to exploring remote only providers if you're a good fit! US BASED APPLICANTS ONLY!

• Want to work with clients who are a good fit for your practice niche.  We will support you in finding your niche and then tailor your client assignments so we are hitting your sweet spot.  
• Have a passion for learning and growing as a person and a professional.  Being the best takes work, we know that and support you with educational stipends and in-house trainings.  
• Know that we need to support one another to be successful.  We don’t do negativity or drama.
• Value being part of a team.  We invest a lot into our team members and are looking for individuals who want to work for a practice that cares.

• Want to be the best therapist you can be.  You didn’t get into this field to be ho hum, which means you feel comfortable asking for help and support.  We can’t know everything and that’s why we have a team of incredible admins and clinicians to lean on.  
• Are available to work two evenings until 7 pm or one evening and one weekend day.  We focus on meeting the needs of all our community members and after school and work are the most requested times for therapy.  
• Want a work-life balance.  We know you need time for you and we want you to have that.  Our full-time work week is 32 hours.
• Want more than the status quo mental health practice.   
• Are licensed or license eligible in the State of Massachusetts.  We have weekly consultation meetings to support our clinical team members and offer supervision toward licensure at no cost for our license eligible team members.

• Reimbursement:  We are not the highest paying practice in the area.  We aren’t the lowest either.  We believe in paying a fair and competitive wage and in exchange we offer our employees a ton of support and flexibility.
  • We will support, encourage and help pay for you to develop your approved area of specialization.  
  • We encourage you to grow your clinical skills and be more than a sit and chat therapist
  • We market you so you become known as an authority and resource in our local communities in your field of specialization.
  • We can fill your caseload as long as you know how to retain a client.
  • We do things for our team members because we care, not because we have to.
  • We do all the un-fun stuff that makes the business run (billing, client screening, insurance verification, answering the phone, marketing, buying supplies so it's always in the office waiting for you like coffee, tissues and toilet paper!) 
• Time Off:  All of our team members receive paid time off and paid sick time.
