About Anza Interactive:

Anza Interactive is a Social Media management agency dedicated to elevating the online presence of dental practices. Our expertise in crafting bespoke Social Media strategies enables us to enhance engagement, build patient loyalty, and drive practice growth. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary:

As a Social Media Specialist at Anza Interactive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital narratives of our dental practice clients. Your mission will be to craft compelling content and execute day-to-day Social Media strategies that resonate with audiences, drive engagement, and elevate our clients' online presence. Your creativity, strategic insight, and ability to connect with communities will contribute directly to our clients' success and the growth of their brands on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement for our clients.

  • Develop Social Media calendars and plans and get them approved with clients.
  • Manage paid Social Media campaigns.
  • Work with designers and video editors to produce your content ideas.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Perform outbound Social Media engagement.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform Social Media strategy.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of Social Media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor Social Media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Help sales people do research and create pitch decks for potential clients.
  • Prepare monthly reports for clients which include data and insights. Adjust following month Social Media strategy based on insights from the report.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with organic Social Media management.
  • 1+ years of experience with paid Social Media management.
  • Agency experience and experience in Dental Industry are strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in proofreading and editing content for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy.
  • Strong content creation skills with the ability to write compelling copy that resonates with the target audience.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor conversations about the brand or industry.
  • Strong research skills to gather relevant information for content creation.
  • Proficient in Canva for graphic and video design for editing purposes.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, Including Google Sheets, Docs and Slides.
  • Knowledge of AI tools.
