Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a motivated, in-house Social Media marketing candidate who is both creative & analytical who will collaborate with the marketing teams to create content & implement Social Media ad campaigns designed to generate awareness of our communities & increase sales.
Responsibilities include:

• Develop, executive, and track paid Social Media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) to drive traffic to our communities & increase sales
• Create monthly performance reports that will be reviewed with the marketing team
• Participate in weekly calls with marketing managers/team to discuss Social Media initiatives, optimization and reporting
• Create content for our blog and Social Media sites
• Monitor day-to-day Social Media channels across Instagram, Facebook & Twitter to promote our communities and respond to customers
• Assist in training sales consultants on Social Media, may include travel

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years Social Media marketing experience specifically in running paid ads on Facebook & Instagram
• Agency experience a plus
• Knowledge of all Social Media channels both for posting content and advertising
• Creative person who can think outside the box
• Analytical, can glean insights from data and develop reports
• Be proactive and highly motivated; demonstrate the ability and desire to work independently and confidently, but as part of a team
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and client teams at all levels
