We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with our customers. Must be energetic and enthusiastic about growing a business. Must be a self starter who can work independently with little to no supervison. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the Social Media marketing roadmap. Social Media Specialists should have a solid understanding of how each Social Media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the company..

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, Tik Tok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve marketing goals
- Build and execute Social Media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Engage with followers and build a strong online community around our brand.
- Manage and maintain our Social Media accounts, including scheduling and posting content, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries.
- Travel to various client locations and offsite company events to collect content that will be used to execute marketing promotions.
- Analyze Social Media performance data and generate regular reports to track progress and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Skills:
- Excellent consulting, writing, and communication skills
- Familiarity using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Strong content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video production.
- Ability to create original illustrations and graphics using graphic design tools.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing Social Media accounts, understanding different platform algorithms, and creating engaging content tailored to each platform.
- Understanding CRO and SEO principles helps content creators make their content more discoverable on search engines, increasing its reach.
- Proficient in photography, video recording and editing.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Experience:
- Social Media Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
