Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a content strategy for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content such as reels, carousel posts, and other multimedia formats.
- Graphic Design:
- Design visually appealing graphics using Canva, ensuring they align with our brand identity.
- Innovate and propose new ideas for visual content.
- Inbox Management:
- Efficiently manage and respond to messages and inquiries on our Social Media platforms.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with our community.
- Ad Hoc Tasks and Project Assistance:
- Assist with various tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Work closely with the Online Business Manager (OBM) and follow directions effectively.
- Platforms Proficiency:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Slack
- Canva
- Google Suite
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design and Social Media management is essential.
- Knowledge of or interest in breastfeeding is a plus.
- Comfortable with routine and busy work, demonstrating a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work closely with the OBM and take direction effectively.
- Creative with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-starter, able to initiate projects and work independently.
- Deadline-oriented, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Availability for a minimum of 5-10 Hours per Week, with potential for increased availability.
- Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-5pm) in Eastern or Central Time Zone.
