Social Media Specialist

As a Social Media Specialist at Dior Construction, youll play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and engagement strategies. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to develop and implement our Social Media strategies across various platforms. Responsibilities:

• Develop and curate captivating content across various Social Media and online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
  

• Execute paid Social Media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  

• Create visually stunning and compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  

• Respond to customer reviews and comments across all Social Media channels.
  

• Collaborate with internal teams for content creation, including dynamic video content for advertising campaigns.
  

• Build a community that goes beyond the ordinary – engage with followers, spark conversations, and create a Social Media ecosystem that feels like home.
  

• Analyze metrics with a keen eye to continually refine and enhance our engagement strategies.
  

• Strategize and implement lead generation campaigns to further grow the business.
  

• Seek out and cultivate brand advocates and influencers who align with our vision.
  

• Craft and implement Social Media strategies that defy convention and capture attention.
  

• Stay up-to-date with Social Media trends and industry developments.
  

• Pioneer new approaches that set Dior Construction apart in the digital realm.
  

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media management and content creation.
  

• Proficient in key areas of Social Media marketing including content creation, community management, and strategic campaigns.
  

• Experience working with a variety of Social Media platforms and tools.
  

• Knowledge and experience in SEO, digital marketing, and analytics.
  

• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional departments.
  

• Up-to-date knowledge of all current Social Media platforms and trends.
  

• Creative and strong presentation skills with attention to detail.
  

Preferred Requirements:

• BSc degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a relevant field.
  

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000

Schedule and Location:

This is a hybrid/remote position from Monday to Friday. Your influence will be needed at our HQ in Bergenfield NJ and our Bridgewater, NJ office, accordingly.
