Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Walk in sales of sweets (custom cake & wedding bakery)
- Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, Social Media, and advertising
- Social Media Management - daily posts
- Build and maintain relationships with clients (customers, brides, venues)
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies
- Receptionist (answer phones)
- Lead with all of our wedding couples
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) A PLUS
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings
- Strong administrative skills, including phone etiquette and front desk operations
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally

Static Work Schedule - Tuesday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 8:00-3:00pm (30 minute lunch T-F)

We are looking for someone who is a go getter and self motivated for the front of the house. You will assist the owner and operations manager in multiple tasks.
