Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing & Office Coordinator. Must be energetic, forward-thinking, personable and have an efficient work style to keep pace with the exciting things to come!
The Social Media Marketing Coordinator part of the job will be responsible for maintaining company social accounts on the leading Social Media platforms, writing posts and interacting with users.
- Manage Social Media platforms - generate/plan content including creating posts, stories, reels on Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and Houzz
- Writing blogs is a plus
- Plan and coordinate company events for clients, vendors or team building
- Attend and represent marketing events with high-end clientele
- Coordinate marketing materials
- Coordinate the redesign of company website
The Office Coordinatorportion includes tasks such as maintaining the office, coordinating the move to the new office, runs, site visits, greeting clients and other administrative duties. This position requires you to have excellent communication skills, organizational habits, the ability to learn quickly, be proactive/ innovative/ driven/ positive/ energetic/ honest/ creative.
- Maintain high office standards and a professional presence at all times
- Organize, plan and lead the office move to a new location (summer 2023).
- Prepare for company meetings (including those with luxury clientele) and organizing/serving catering when necessary
- Answering incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner and accurately taking messages
- Perform other duties including, but not limited to, managing supplies, filing, breakroom, tracking PTO, etc.
- Maintain documents and insurances for all subcontractors and vendors
- Support and assist the President, including handling requests, making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive as requested
- Notarize documents, as needed
Skills:
- 1-3+ years of Social Media content creation on behalf of a business (not personal account)
- 2-5+ years prior experience as an office administration
- Must be highly organized
- Must be detail-oriented
- Maintains an elevated professional presence setting the tone for the office culture
- Excellent professional writing and verbal skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office products
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience with planning and hosting company events
- High integrity and work ethic
- Possesses good judgment and common sense
- Ability to recognize and resolve problems
- Notary public certified a bonus
