We are hiring a B2C Social Media Marketing Manager to join our global team at Xsolla. In this role, you will manage and execute the external messaging, campaigns and communications on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and other social channels aimed at connecting and engaging with our player and consumer community.
You will engage with members of our community to help solve problems, answer questions, receive feedback, and coordinate responses to have a clear and united presentation of Xsolla. If writing, technology, gaming, external marketing communications and customer service comes easily to you, and you have a knack for game tech, Social Media, and forums then this is the opportunity for you.
When working on the Marketing team and collaborating with our product teammates, you listen well, collaborate seamlessly, and will not be afraid to share innovative new ideas. As an individual, you are accountable, trustworthy, and proactively motivated. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA or Raleigh, NC and you'll report to the Social Media Marketing Manager, based in Los Angeles.
