- Conduct research on popular and emerging trends
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the store, and ultimately boost sales.
- Discover audience preferences
- Create written, video, and image content for a variety of Social Media platforms designed to create buzz and pique interest
- Coordinate Social Media content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts
- Monitor and report on web traffic and search engine optimization results and refine Social Media strategies based on the findings
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Social Media platforms
- Utilize photography skills to capture high quality images for Social Media and marketing purposes
- Create engaging reels and video content to showcase products and engage with our audience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Social Media platforms and updates
- Educate colleagues on best practices in Social Media
- Respond to customer comments, questions, and concerns submitted via Social Media in a timely manner
- Work in person, in an office and on the sales floor, engaging with customers and representing our brand in store.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of all major Social Media platforms and their best practices
- Understanding of search engine optimization strategies, keyword research, Google Analytics, and WordPress
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create high volumes of engaging content
- Understanding of best practices in online marketing and Social Media Marketing
- Ability to work in-person at our storefront in Elmhurst, IL
