POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager Digital Marketing - Social & Online Reputation Management is responsible for building the social and Online Reputation Management strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives positive business outcomes. This role will own all facets of Social Media including planning, creative execution and launch of integrated Social Media campaigns that build brand awareness, drive demand, acquire and retain talent, and keep audiences informed on a variety of company and industry topics. This role also manages the customer experience through social and business listing engagement. The Manager Digital Marketing - Social & Online Reputation Management will work cross-functionally to set Social Media and Online Reputation Management goals and identify a roadmap to achieve these.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads Republic's Social Media, Online Reputation Management and business listings strategy to align with business goals.
- Executes the day to day Social Media activities including planning, monitoring, creating content, and posting on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube and other relevant channels.
- Creates, publishes, and manages relevant, high-quality content with a focus on brand alignment, consistency of voice and performance.
- Collaborates cross-functionally across departments including Communications, Field Marketing, Sales, Brand & Talent Acquisition.
- Leads selection, adoption & vendor management for tools to support Social Media, Online Reputation Management & business listings.
- Actively monitors Social Media for customer, labor-related and company-pertinent posts and escalates as appropriate.
- Works closely with the Customer Experience team to address customer feedback and manage brand reputation across social channels & business listings.
- Develops and maintains the Social Media content calendar and roadmap in collaboration with other departments.
- Leads the internal paid media strategy and execution as well as collaborates with our advertising agency on the execution of paid social campaigns.
- Manages and develops a team member responsible for the day-to-day operations of business listings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Social Media strategy and execution for B2B and B2C audiences
- Strong understanding of how to develop content to drive impressions, engagement and followers while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Excellent project management skills; confident managing upwards and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running simultaneously
- Experience using and training others on social management platforms, such as Hootsuite.
- Experience using and training others on business listing management platforms, such as Yext
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years marketing experience including Social Media, business listings and Online Reputation Management
