About the Client:
Our client, based in Toledo, Ohio, is a certified agency provider who provides direct care to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They dedicate themselves to providing support for the people they serve to perform in activities to teach and develop life skills. A very hands-on but rewarding position. With a total of four (4) companies, our client is looking to have the Social Media Manager handle Social Media tasks for each company.
About the position:
Currently, they are growing their team and need to hire a Social Media Manager who will handle the Social Media accounts through the various businesses they have. As the Social Media Manager you will be responsible for creating original content through text and video, managing posts and responding to followers and reviews. As our Social Media Manager you will be the face of our company image and in a cohesive way achieve our marketing goals. We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and Social Media trends. You will have a personable presence, a creative mindset and ensure there is a high level of web traffic and customer engagement.
Responsibilities as our Social Media Manager: Additional day-to-day tasks will be discussed during the second interview with the company’s Hiring Manager.
Implement and maintain Social Media strategy to align with business goals
Perform research on current Social Media and audience preferences
Generate, edit, publish and post content on a daily or weekly basis
Oversee all Social Media accounts and platforms
Communicate with followers, respond to inquiries and monitor reviews on a daily basis
Stay up to date with current trends and technologies
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics such as Google Analytics
Requirements
The qualifications we need- Education and/or Experience:
2 years of Social Media management experience
3 years of hands-on content management experience
2 years of marketing experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
Excellent copywriting skills
A creative background in content creation (text, image and video)
Highly knowledgeable with SEO, keyword search and Google Analytics
Highly knowledgeable of online marketing channels
US Citizenship or Permanent Resident
Knowledgeable using Social Media management tools such as content planner, graphic and design, video reels
Professionally and personal experience using Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
