This position can be based out of either our New York City or Columbus, OH headquarters. As this role is hybrid, expected days in-office are 2 days per week, typically Wednesday and Thursday.

As Manager of Paid Social Media, you will be responsible for leading the Paid Social team, programs, and campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Pinterest. You will drive advancement in marketing capabilities, optimize customer engagement, and deliver effective results against key business objectives for the Victoria’s Secret and PINK brands.

Your Impact:
- Lead planning, hands-on execution, and analysis of Paid Social programs and campaigns
- Activate and optimize full-funnel media plans and marketing strategies
- Manage multi-million-dollar budget and relationships with agencies, vendors, and publishers
- Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative analytics
- Stay current on the latest marketing trends, identify new and emerging advertising opportunities, and influence innovation
- Coach and manage direct-report media specialists

Maximum Salary: $129,465.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Your Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Paid Social required
- Hands-on experience in Paid Social required
- Experience across multiple Social Media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest) preferred
Additional Preferred Experience:
- Experience within an agency or retail organization preferred
- Mix of business, creative, and technical acumen
- Self-starter who can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience leading direct reports, cross-functional teams, and vendor relationships
- Occasional travel involved
